- "Yield" means to let others go first before we do. It's like taking turns - if we see a stop sign or a yield sign, we slow down and wait for others to go before we move forward. In this lesson, it means taking a step back after praying and letting God do His work. Yielding involves having faith and believing that God will make things happen if it is meant to be.
- A "hymn" can be defined as a song that offers praise to God. It is a special type of song that is sung during worship and is meant to show love and reverence for God. Hymns are often sung in church and help us express our feelings of gratitude and love towards God. They can have beautiful melodies and lyrics that teach us about God and His love for us.
- "Preach" means to deliver a message or sermon to a group of people. It is a way of sharing and teaching others about God's message and love. In simpler terms, when someone preaches, they are talking to a group of people about God and His teachings.
