10th Grade

“We are the Body of Christ” is the theme for the 10th Grade Sunday School as it mirrors the fundamental belief of the Orthodox Church in unity and interconnection within the Church community. Just as the Nicene Creed underscores the unity, sanctity, universality, and apostolic nature of the Church, the notion of being the Body of Christ underscores that all believers are linked and collaborate as one cohesive entity under Christ as the head. This title underscores the significance of every individual member playing their role in fulfilling the mission of the Church and embodying the teachings of Christ.
