- "Stress" is when something makes you feel worried, scared, or nervous. It's like having a lot of uncomfortable feelings inside you because of something that's happening or something you have to do.
- "Prayer" means talking to God. It is a special way to communicate with Him. We can use prayer to thank Him for all the good things in our lives and also to ask for His help and guidance when we need it.
- "Meditation" is when we sit quietly and think about God or something peaceful. It helps us feel calm and relaxed and we can direct our thoughts and awareness to God to help us.
