- Activity: Ask children what if they were asked to walk to Church instead of driving? Get students to share what they would feel and if it would be easier or harder. Ask also what is needed to pack for the journey .. this helps set the context of how St. Mary and St. Joseph had to travel to Bethlehem because of the census.
